2nd day in beijing "art land tour"

This morning we walked down the street to other street full of little shops.
Today we visited the art districts. First we saw the art district of Caochangdi. We meet the director/owner of the Caochangdi galleries. After the Caochangdi Art district we saw 798 Art District which was an old factory that was made into gallery spaces. Then we visited the Central academy of Art in Beijing where we meet one of the designers of the 2008 Olympics medal. We got to walk around then campus which was really neat. I got to see the sculpture department much may need a little jealous. It was a large covered courtyard and many large classes/studios. “Very neat” We went back to 798 and exploded some more. The last stop we made was to the studio of the professor we meet at Central Academy of Art and designer of the medal. His studio was neat and after we looked around it. His student took us all out to dinner at their favorite restaurant. The food was awesome and it just keeps on coming and coming. I think there were 14 or 15 plates of food and all were great.
